For adults (over 16 years old) who want to learn basic crawl technique. You must be safe in the water and be able to swim (eg. breaststrokes) 25 meters before entering the beginner course.
The course last for 9 times x 45 minutes.
- Beginner level: Tuesdays from 8 pm till 8.45 pm in Hundsund bad
- Advanced level: Tuesdays from 8.45 pm till 9.30 pm in Hundsund bad
The courses start in the end of August, beginning of November, end of January and beginning of April. Registration starts 3 weeks before the startup date. You enter through our course system: tryggivann.no.

Free parking in the basement. There are also busses that stops a few minutes from the pool.

Price: 2650 NOK + 300 NOK in annual membership fee
To sign up for the courses, visit www.tryggivann.no and find courses from Bærumsvømmerne. Choose course category “voksne” (adults), and then choose your course.
You will need to create a user for tryggivann.no, where you registrate your personal information.
